We are excited to announce the 2025 LDB Ice Fishing Derby will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025! As Lac du Bonnet’s largest funding contributor and one of Manitoba’s biggest charitable ice fishing derbies, we’re looking forward to an even bigger event with increased participation, broader marketing, and more anglers than ever before.
Together, we have supported over 95 community projects; and invested $247,523 into Lac du Bonnet and surrounding areas by donating event proceeds to non-profit organizations. With support from sponsors like you, in 2024 we reinvested over $24,000 back into the community through Grants, Community Volunteer Hours and Bursaries. Our 2024 event attracted 1,247 anglers competing for over $60,000 in cash and prizes, and your sponsorship can help us expand our impact in 2025.
Your contributions—whether cash, merchandise, or in-kind donations—enable us to cover operating costs and allow us to keep giving back to the community. We offer flexible Sponsorship Packages designed to showcase your business to over 1,200 attendees on Derby Day and thousands more through our marketing efforts.
